Plumbing Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Essential Duties & Core Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to building codes and safety standards.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
- Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by local jurisdiction).
- Minimum [2] years of experience in plumbing service work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Hand & Power Tools necessary for plumbing service repair.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Multi-Trade Apprentice
What You’ll Do:
As a multi-trade helper, you’ll support our licensed technicians in delivering top-notch service across residential and commercial projects.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems
- Carrying tools and materials to job sites
- Preparing work areas and cleaning up afterward
- Learning trade skills on the job from experienced professionals
- Following safety protocols and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, crawlspaces, rooftops)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in any of the trades is a plus, but not required
