Plumbing Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Essential Duties & Core Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
  • Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to building codes and safety standards.
  • Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options to customers.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by local jurisdiction).
  • Minimum [2] years of experience in plumbing service work.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Hand & Power Tools necessary for plumbing service repair.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Multi-Trade Apprentice

What You’ll Do:
As a multi-trade helper, you’ll support our licensed technicians in delivering top-notch service across residential and commercial projects.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems
  • Carrying tools and materials to job sites
  • Preparing work areas and cleaning up afterward
  • Learning trade skills on the job from experienced professionals
  • Following safety protocols and company procedures

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, crawlspaces, rooftops)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in any of the trades is a plus, but not required
